"I don’t understand how Matt Mitchell has a 4.9 rating, as our experience was entirely different. They didn’t believe us as clients, instead trusting the State Farm adjuster over our account. When he had incorrect information, he didn't try to get the right information, yet he spoke as if we and the State Farm adjuster just had "different perspectives," implying we were equally at fault.

We had tried multiple times to contact both the public adjuster and the insurance adjuster, but the insurance adjuster was too busy, leaving us waiting nearly 12 days.

The public adjuster showed us proof that they had been contacting the State Farm adjuster over those 12 days.

Ironically, when we finally said we wanted to request a different adjuster, suddenly we could reach them easily. Yet, during that time, we were in a lunch meeting and missed some calls. In just that hour and a half, the adjuster contacted us repeatedly and left notes making it sound like they had been diligently in touch for the whole 12 days. Matt Mitchell believed that version and ignored us.

I admit persuading clients is important, but if the information is wrong, you at least need to recognize it. It’s not about persuading clients they’re wrong with incorrect facts. Matt Mitchell may have been good for others, but for us, it was the worst.

Based on this experience, we and our family cannot trust any more. I will put all my effort into advising my cousins, and all my friends, who live here—everyone is with State Farm—to switch to a different insurance company."
